Now let’s talk taco: This recipe transforms leftover orange chicken into gourmet tacos that taste as good as they look. It acts as further proof that orange chicken takeout is never a bad idea and wrapping anything in a tortilla can make it 100 times more appealing.

Orange Chicken and Lime Avocado Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 carton leftover Chinese orange chicken
  • 1/2 head of lettuce, shredded
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Sour cream (to taste)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and toast tortillas for about five minutes or until slightly crisp.

Step 2

Chop orange chicken into smaller pieces and heat in microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Assemble taco with sour cream, orange chicken pieces, lettuce, lime and avocado to taste. Garnish with crumbled fortune cookie.
