Tuna Salad Nachos

Preheat oven to 400. Combine can of rinsed tuna, mayonnaise, pepper, and lime in a small bowl. Put ingredients on sheet of tinfoil on sheet pan. Place a handful of tortilla chips on a sheet pan. Add tuna salad and cheese on top of chips. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. After it is fully baked, add salsa and cilantro.

Combine all ingredients, except spinach, in a small bowl. Toss the tuna mixture in spinach or arugula. Save leftover tuna mixture in the refrigerator.
