Pigs In a Blanket

Easy

Total Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:
8 sausages, cut in half; 1 package

Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut crescent
triangles lengthwise into 16 even pieces.
3. Wrap each sausage half in dough and bake until crescent rolls are golden brown, about 10 minutes.

 

Buffalo Dip

Easy

Total Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:
2 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened
½ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix cream cheese, dressings and buffalo wing sauce in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in chicken and one cup of shredded cheese.
4. Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining cup of cheese.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.

 

Pizza Quesadillas

Easy

Total Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:
8 whole-wheat tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups marinara sauce
1 package sliced pepperoni

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place tortillas on baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on tortillas.
3. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, lay slices of pepperoni and top with another tortilla.
4. Bake until cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.
