1 slice toast
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
10 cucumber slices
5 diced cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon feta cheese
1 teaspoon pepper


1. Spread Greek yogurt over toast.

2. Arrange cucumber slices around edge of toast.

3. Place tomato slices in center of toast.

4. Sprinkle feta cheese over toast.

5. Lightly dust with black pepper and enjoy.
