Add olive oil, minced garlic, shredded zucchini, salt and pepper to a pan.
Sweat for 5-10 minutes.
Add strained zucchini, bread crumbs, chopped basil, parmesan and 1 beaten egg.
After mixing, take the mixture and create patties.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Add marinara sauce.
Stack your burger with a bun, slice of mozzarella and fresh basil.
