A veggie patty full of flavor with a slice of fresh mozzarella melting over steaming marinara sauce will make you forget your true burger guilty pleasure. Saucy and lean, but satisfying.     Add olive oil, minced garlic, shredded zucchini, salt and pepper to a pan.

    Sweat for 5-10 minutes.

    Add strained zucchini, bread crumbs, chopped basil, parmesan and 1 beaten egg.

    After mixing, take the mixture and create patties.
