This Vegan Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte Is Almost Too Easy

Pumpkin spice season is upon us, calling out the basic bitch in you. But pumpkin spice lattes in coffee shops are pretty darn expensive, especially if you, like me, don’t do the dairy thing. You have to pay that annoying extra $0.60 for the substitution, making your latte more expensive than your lunch. Fear not, friends. Here is an easy peasy vegan pumpkin spice iced latte recipe that you can make in the comfort of your own pants-free household for a fraction of the price.

And you can even top it with your own non-dairy whipped cream and have no more FOMO of your dairy loving friend’s snow-topped iced latte

So make one. C’mon, admit it. Everybody loves a PSL.

  1. Katherine Baker

Pour Trader Joe’s Cold Brew concentrate into a glass. You can adjust how much you want based on how strong you want your latte.

  2. Katherine Baker

Add ice, water, and pumpkin spice almond beverage. If you’d like your latte less sweet, balance pumpkin spice almond beverage with some plain nondairy milk, like plain almond or coconut milk.

    Give it a good stir.

  4. Katherine Baker

Top with non-dairy whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and enjoy.
