Use Up Your Leftover Clementines With This Minty Citrus Cocktail

Clementines, mandarine oranges and other citrus fruit have a habit of coming in huge packs. The problem is, how are we suppose to finish all of them before the go bad? Luckily, there is a delicious solution that will surely eliminate the overpopulation of oranges in your fruit bowl. Here is a cocktail that will put those babies to good use.

Minty Citrus Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup juice from 2 mandarine oranges or clementines
  • 1/2 oz juice of lemon (half of a small lemon)
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • Lemon zest and sugar blend
  • Sprig mint

Step 1

Wet the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge

Step 2

Next, coat the rim of the glass with the sugar and lemon zest blend using a shallow bowl.

Next, put ice in glass followed by the fruit juices, vodka and triple sec.
