This Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Is a Cookie Monster's Dream

"I'll have just one," said nobody ever, until they saw the skillet cookie. Perfect for lazy days (or already drunk nights), this giant chocolate chip skillet cookie can be shared or eaten alone. Serve with vanilla ice cream, and you've got gooey, chocolatey magic!

This is a fast and simple recipe that doesn't require too much focus, so it could easily be made by someone who has already started partying.

If you don't already have a cast-iron skillet, the one used in this recipe was $20 from Target. They're durable and can be used in many ways, so I personally believe that they're a good investment. If you're looking for an adventure, less expensive, but equivalent quality, skillets can sometimes be found at second-hand shops.
