Everyone loves a classic summertime cookout. But eating barbecue, burgers and hot dogs every weekend can get a little old. So, spice up your next shindig with this unique take on a cheeseburger. Let everyone customize their own sushi and tell them to get creative. Swap out traditional toppings for a unique flavor. Add in bacon, jalapeño or avocado – no topping is out of the question. It might get messy, but no matter what, just roll with it.

    Cook the flank steak until done to your liking.
