This Buffalo-Style Cauliflower Doesn't Taste Like a Healthy Game Day Snack
It’s football season! If you’re health-conscious, nutritious tailgate recipes can be few and far between. This buffalo-style cauliflower recipe, which swaps wings for cauliflower, is tasty and healthy.
One of my happiest states of being is making things that other people will enjoy. It’s hard to motivate myself to cook for myself but if I have someone’s favorite recipe, I can hardly resist putting it together. Especially if we make it together! <3 Bonding time for all.
Buffalo-Style Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 6 cup fresh cauliflower florets or 1 head cauliflower
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder I add more
- A pinch salt
- A pinch garlic salt
- A pinch pepper
- Pam spray which I sub for 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce
