This Buffalo-Style Cauliflower Doesn't Taste Like a Healthy Game Day Snack

It’s football season! If you’re health-conscious, nutritious tailgate recipes can be few and far between. This buffalo-style cauliflower recipe, which swaps wings for cauliflower, is tasty and healthy.

One of my happiest states of being is making things that other people will enjoy. It’s hard to motivate myself to cook for myself but if I have someone’s favorite recipe, I can hardly resist putting it together. Especially if we make it together! <3 Bonding time for all.

Buffalo-Style Cauliflower

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Cook Time: 20 mins
  • Total Time: 25 mins
  • Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 6 cup fresh cauliflower florets or 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder I add more
  • A pinch salt
  • A pinch garlic salt
  • A pinch pepper
  • Pam spray which I sub for 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce

Step 1

Pre-heat over to 450°. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil, or olive oil. Set aside.

Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a small bowl.

Add the cauliflower into a large gallon-sized bag, pour the buffalo sauce into the bag. Shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated. Or just mix them with your hands, like I do! Why is that so satisfying?

Step 4

Spread on a baking sheet. Spray with oil.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
