I’ve always been a little hesitant when it comes to rice pudding. Rice goes with raw fish and orange chicken… and you’re telling me I can eat it for dessert?
After finally popping my rice pudding cherry, I learned that yes, I can eat rice for dessert. And I would also eat it for every damn meal (this recipe has bananas, so that covers breakfast at least).
 
					Bananas Foster Rice Pudding

- Cook rice as directed. 
 - Combine milk, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. 
 - Remove heat and stir in bananas and rice. 
 - Cook mixture on medium heat until boiling.
