This 4-Ingredient Cookie-Cake is Patriotic AF

July 4th tends to be busy. Everyone runs around to BBQs and goes out to watch fireworks. If you need to make something quick to bring along to the party, this recipe answers your patriotic prayers. You can use homemade sugar cookie dough and cream cheese frosting from scratch instead of using the stuff from the store, but most party-goers will have already had too many red-white-and-blue jello shots to know the difference.
