This 3-Ingredient Ice Cream Bomb Combines Your Favorite Desserts

Summer is a time to sit back, relax, and eat some ice cream. This bomb is the ideal summer dessert because it is cold, simple, and easy to customize. It can be filled with any ice cream flavor desired, or even multiple for those times your stomach just can’t make up its mind. Make this completely stress free bomb when you want to easily impress your friends, or just want to treat yo self.

    Line a medium-sized bowl with plastic wrap.

    Remove the crust from the brownies and cut the remaining into large squares.

    Take a square of brownie and press it into the side of a bowl.

    Cover the bowl with all of the brownie squares, supplementing with the ends if need be.

    Empty all of the ice cream into a bowl and spread.

    Smooth ice cream to a smooth bottom and trim any brownie crust that is taller than the line of ice cream.

  7. Freeze for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours, warm up the icing for 30 seconds until it is smooth and pours easily.

    Invert the brownie bowl onto a large plate. Wiggle the plastic wrap free if it does not come loose easily.

    Pour the icing over the brownie until completely covered.

    Place back in the freezer for at least an hour, or until serving.
