Forget the Lärabars and Make These Vegan Nut Bars Instead

Do you ever find yourself needing to bring a quick dessert while having very limited time and ingredients? These crowd-pleasing bars are my go to-snack whenever I need to fuel for a workout or am craving something sweet. Originally, this recipe was for nut balls, but pressing them into bars is much easier.

All you need is a food processor, toasted nuts, coconut flakes, and dates (all other ingredients are optional). I've used toasted pecans in this recipe, but walnuts, cashews, or almonds would also work wonderfully here. As a bonus, these nut bars are vegan, gluten-free, and contain no added sugar.
