Perfect for finger food at a party and perfect for a nice afternoon lunch with friends, this waffle fry slider recipe is as delicious as it is easy. Serve them with little bowls of ketchup, mustard, and other fun dips and nobody will know just how simple this recipe really is.

And honestly, waffle fries and sliders combined in one dish? That’s genius.

Waffle Fry Sliders

Ingredients
  • 20 oz waffle fries
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese

Step 1

Following package instructions, bake waffle fries.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you would like. Form slider patties about the size of a waffle fry.

On heated skillet, cook the patties in oil for about 3-4 minutes. Flip, add cheese, and cook until desired doneness.

Step 4

Assemble using waffle fry as bun. Layer tomato, lettuce, and onion and secure with a toothpick.
