Ingredients
  • 2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Step 1

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and form flat, round circles of cheese the size of your palm.

Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

Working quickly, cut out each cheese circle from the parchment paper and flip upside-down into a muffin tray to cool.
