These Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries Change the Meal Prep Game

If I have the option to pick between sweet potato fries or French fries, I always pick sweet potato fries. I love the contrast between the soft, sweet interior and crispy, savory exterior. Plus, I can tell myself that sweet potatoes are healthier than potatoes and feel a little bit better about myself.

I prefer oven-baking sweet potato fries to frying them for two reasons. The first reason is that it’s healthier. The second is that it’s easier and takes less effort. Truthfully, the second reason plays a bigger role. I have no interest in dealing with a piping hot pot of oil, so instead, I toss my fries into the oven. Nice and easy!
