These Nutter Butter Pancakes Are Your Inner Child’s Dream Come True

If you’re anything like me, you like to test the waters when it comes to trying new kinds of pancakes. I mean, the classic buttermilk are always never a disappointment, but with so many toppings and flavors to add, you’d be crazy to stay with plain pancakes for the rest of your life.

These Nutter Butter Pancakes add a simple twist to your everyday classic. By adding just three ingredients to your normal pancake recipe, you can transform your pancakes into a flavorful meal.

Nutter Butter Pancakes

  • Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Servings: 10-12 pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • Syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 serving from box/pre-made pancake mix (usually includes eggs/water/milk/or oil)

Step 1

Using a food processor or blender, mix together cashews, coconut flakes, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Using a mixing bowl, prepare your pancake mix according to instructions on package.

Step 3

Pour your Nutter Butter mix into the pancake mix and stir until fully combined.

#Spoontip: Add a bit more almond milk if your batter is thicker than you would like.

Step 4

Melt butter over pan on medium heat and add batter to pan. Cook until golden brown, flip, and repeat.
