Cut three mini tortillas from each tortilla using a cookie cutter.
#SpoonTip: Use a large glass and cut around that if you donât have a cookie cutter!
Combine hummus, cumin, and cilantro in a bowl.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of hummus mixture on each mini tortilla. Place avocado slice and queso fresco on half of each tortilla and fold.
Heat pan and cook tortillas on medium for 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve with sour cream and salsa.
