These Ginger-Sriracha Turkey Burgers Will Kill It at Your Next BBQ

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at DePaul chapter.

There’s no better time to invite friends over and fire up the grill than summer. (Or if you’re like me, gather your friends inside your air-conditioned apartment while you fire up the stove.) No need to reach for the burgers or brats, though; these turkey burgers prove that you don’t need red meat to enjoy yourself at a barbecue. Throw in some ginger zest into the patty, and add a nice spread of Sriracha mayo to your toasted bun in order to maximize satisfaction and minimize post-barbecue belly aches.
