These Funfetti Cheesecake Cookie Cups Are a Party in Your Mouth
When I am craving something sweet, I have trouble choosing only one delicious dessert. With these cookie cups you won’t have to choose between funfetti, cheesecake, and cookies. A chewy sugar cookie crust with a cheesecake filling and sprinkles on top will satisfy every sweet tooth.

Ingredients
- 1 package of Pillsbury ready to bake refrigerated sugar cookies
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon multicolored sprinkles
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350℉ and coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Place 1 cookie dough chunk in each muffin cup and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a light golden brown.
Step 2
Using a spoon, create a depression in the center of each cookie cup that is about 1” wide. Let cool completely in the pan for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat together with an electric mixer until completely smooth.
Step 4
Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture into the center of each cookie cup. Garnish with sprinkles and enjoy.
