Galaxy Ice Cream Bowl

    Ingredients

  • 1 bag dark blue Candy Melts
  • 1 bag purple Candy Melts
  • 1 bag 4" balloons
  • Star sprinkles
  • Wilton Edible Silver Spray, optional
  • Ice Cream and all the fixin’s

  • Step 1

    Inflate balloons to a 4-6 inch diameter.

  • Step 2

    Place each color of Candy Melts in separate microwave-safe bowls.

    Melt using heat from your booster rocket, or microwave in 30 second intervals.

  • Step 3

    In one bowl, pour one color of Candy Melts on the left side, and the other color on the right side.

    Lightly swirl colors together with a small knife.

  • Step 4

    Dip the balloons into the Candy Melts, swirling to cover a third of each.

    #SpoonTip: If candy melts stiffen, re-melt in 30 second intervals.

  • Step 5

    Spray lightly with star dust, or silver spray, and sprinkle with stars. Place onto a parchment paper lined tray to set, approximately 20 minutes.

    Pop balloons and remove pieces.

    Fetch ice cream from its Cyro Chamber and serve with your favorite Galactic toppings. We have lift off!
