Bacon Pancake Dippers
Ingredients
Instructions
Combine pancake mix and water.
Pour pancake batter into a condiment bottle for easy squeezing.
Heat the griddle to 350°F degrees.
Squirt batter in long oval shapes (fit for bacon strips). Place cooked bacon strips on top of oval shaped batter.
Coat the bacon strips with more batter so that the bacon strips are sealed inside.
Cook until batter starts to bubble, then turn over until golden brown (or a little longer for slight burn/crispy result).
Serve with maple syrup; drizzle, dunk and enjoy.
