  • Easy

    Ingredients

  • 15 fudge-striped cookies
  • 15 marshmallows
  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon yellow icing
  • Step 1

Lay out marshmallows and fudge-striped cookies (chocolate side up) on a baking sheet.

  • Step 2

Pour chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Step 3

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval.

  • Step 4

Dip each marshmallow in the melted chocolate.

#SpoonTip: Use a spoon or a fork to move the marshmallow around for full chocolate coverage.

  • Step 5

Place each chocolate-covered marshmallow on top of a fudge-striped cookie.

  • Step 6

Place cookies in the freezer until the chocolate shell hardens.

  • Step 7

Squeeze yellow icing into a plastic bag.

#SpoonTip: Cut off a small corner of the plastic bag to create an icing dispenser.

  • Step 8

Use the yellow icing to create small square hat buckles on each of the pilgrim hats.

#SpoonTip: Be creative! Personalize each pilgrim hat and use them at the Thanksgiving dinner table instead of place cards.
