Preheat oven at 375°F.

Cut off both ends of squash by about an inch.

Cut squash vertically in half.

Use a spoon to scoop seeds out of centre.

Place face down on cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-25 minutes or until the outside of the squash is soft.

Use a fork to get squash out of skin.
