- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp or more your choice milk dairy or non-dairy alternative
- Extra: frozen fruit or extracts or toppings

Pro tip: peel and cut your overripe bananas (the browner the sweeter) and put them in a ziplock bag and into the freezer so they are ready to use.
