Tired of regular guacamole? Probably not. Looking for a way to eat guacamole as many ways as possible? Most likely. This is a fresh, fruity take on guacamole that is insanely easy to put together, guaranteed to impress and perfect for summer barbecues or simply a midday snack. While this guac comes together pretty quickly, chopping the strawberries and peaches takes a few minutes, especially if you’re trying to feed a crowd.

Ingredients:

3 avocados
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 peaches (peeled and chopped)
Juice from 1 lemon
Chopped fresh basil, 3-4 leaves or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.Peel and chop peaches, strawberries and basil
Tip: I found that using a knife to peel the peaches is a lot easier than a peeler, especially since you want softer, ripe peaches as opposed to hard ones.
