It is hard adulting when you don't know how to cook and have no money. This is the perfect simple, cheap spinach and artichoke dip recipe that will blow the socks off your grandma.

All the PTA moms will be asking you to bring it to the next potluck. This recipe takes under 30 minutes to make and all ingredients were under $10.  

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

    Ingredients

  • 1 can coarsely chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounce softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounce package shredded mozzarella and parmesan blend
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2

    Lightly drain the can of artichoke hearts and coarsely chop them.

    Drain thawed spinach by squeezing out the excess juice in a paper towel.

    Combine the sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic powder, and 2/3 of the cheese (the remaining will go on top). Mix to combine.

    Add in the spinach and artichokes.

    Mix the ingredients until fully combined.

    Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.

    Top with the remaining cheese.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden brown and enjoy!
