Skip the Bar and Make These Summery Triple Berry Mojitos

Summer is here, and that means pool parties, BBQs, sunshine, and relaxation. And what better way to relax than a nice fruity cocktail? Cool off this summer with one of these triple berry mojitos.

Triple Berry Mojitos

Ingredients
  • 6 kiwis ,cut in half or quartered
  • 4 kiwis, sliced
  • 4 oz strawberries, cut in half
  • 4 oz blueberries
  • 4 oz blackberries
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for taste)
  • 4 oz mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup rum (adjust for preference)
  • Ice

Step 1

Place the cut kiwis and strawberries in a blender with the sugar and lime juice, pulse until you have coarse puree.

Step 2

Gently crush the 4 ounces of blueberries and 4 ounces of blackberries

Step 3

Add ice, mint leaves, and the crushed blueberries + blackberries. Top off with the sparkling water and rum and mix gently. Taste and add more rum, sparkling water, or sugar if needed.
