Simple Vinaigrette

The secret to even the simplest of salads is always the dressing. It can take any salad from drab to fab in a single drizzle. Store-bought salad dressings however, are notoriously unhealthy as they can be chocked full of chemicals and preservatives to make them shelf-stable. To make your own dressing, you only need a few ingredients, a bowl, and a fork or a whisk.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil (bonus points if you can find lemon-infused olive oil, in which case, omit the lemon juice listed below)
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
A pinch of sugar or stevia
A pinch of salt and pepper
Optional but highly recommended: a healthy squirt of Sriracha (because everything tastes better with Sriracha)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly combined with a fork or whisk.
