Ginger Rum Shandy

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup Apple Juice
- ½ cup Wheat Beer
- 1 oz Ginger
- 2 oz Rum
Step 1
Mix water, sugar and ginger in a sauce pan and let it reduce for 25 mins.
Step 2
In a tall glass add 2 shots of rum.
Step 3
Add Apple Juice.
Step 4
Add beer and stir.
Step 5
Add the simple syrup by straining the ginger out and the liquid into the drink.
Step 6
Garnish with an apple slice.
