  • 300 g Brie rind removed & cut into cubes
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves crushed
  • 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • Large handful fresh basil chopped
  • Zest & juice from ½ lemon
  • 400 g linguine
