 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Place individual phyllo dough squares in muffin tin and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden. 
 - Place melted butter in a baking pan then add brown sugar on top and place the pears face down on the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until tender. 
 - Remove from the oven and cut the pear into cubes. Then put the pear caramel mixture into the individual cups. 
 - Put a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cups.
