Throughout my college career, I’ve grown to love and rely on yogurt parfaits. Aside from the easiness level of “cooking” (more like assembling), I also love the versatile nature — a yogurt parfait can be consumed as a wholesome breakfast, a convenient on-the-go snack, or even a healthy dessert that satisfies a sweet tooth. Here's the yogurt parfait that I make time and time again, using only Trader Joe's products.
