Ridiculously Easy Yogurt Parfait Using Only Trader Joe’s Products

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UC Berkeley chapter.

Throughout my college career, I’ve grown to love and rely on yogurt parfaits. Aside from the easiness level of “cooking” (more like assembling), I also love the versatile nature — a yogurt parfait can be consumed as a wholesome breakfast, a convenient on-the-go snack, or even a healthy dessert that satisfies a sweet tooth. Here’s the yogurt parfait that I make time and time again, using only Trader Joe’s products.

The creaminess of Greek yogurt, sweet tanginess of fruits, balanced with the crunch factor of pecan praline granola, will be sure to get your taste buds tingling. Hopefully, this fruity and nutty yogurt parfait recipe will come to fruition (no pun intended) as you give it a go.
