Summer is basically here, and with the warm weather and blooming flowers comes that smoky, comforting smell that can only mean one thing: it’s BBQ season. Time for charcoal-grilled hamburgers, sweet roasted corn, charred hot dogs and sloppy meals of chicken smothered in barbecue sauce. Any entrée made on the grill is bound to be a treat, and there is no better accompaniment than a side of sweet, tangy and crunchy coleslaw. Here is a recipe for this classic and satisfying all-American side dish.
