We all know the “breakfast or snooze button” dilemma that ends up being all too frequent. Have no fear, lazy friends…you’ve got a solution right in front of you.

Overnight oats are a great compromise. Make them the night before, sleep in the next morning, and grab your pre-made breakfast on your way out of the door.

But these overnight oats just got better… It’s fall. It’s pumpkin spice season. You know you love pumpkin.

Try this recipe for pumpkin spice overnight oats tonight and thank yourself in the morning.

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Step 1

    Add oats to a sealable container, like a mason jar, tupperware, or plastic jar with a lid.

  • Step 2

    Add milk to oats (my choice was unsweetened vanilla almond milk).

  • Step 3

    Add Greek yogurt (I used vanilla) to oat mixture.

  • Step 4

    Add pumpkin puree to oat mixture.

  • Step 5

    Add brown sugar to oat mixture.

  • Step 6

    Add pumpkin pie spice to oat mixture.

  • Step 7

    Add vanilla to oat mixture.

  • Step 8

    Add honey to oat mixture.

  • Step 9

    Seal jar with lid, shake well, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.

    In the morning, add your desired toppings (mine being sliced banana) and nom to your heart and belly’s desires.
