There are many more ways to enjoy pumpkin spice than a latte. This delicious trend dominates muffins, donuts, and a host of other fall goodies. A fun, new twist to this common trend? Pumpkin spice candy corn Chex mix will provide all the happiness and “fall-ness” that you need to fully embrace the spirit without being entirely too cliché (yes, you can have the latte, too).
While pumpkin spice is chic and in, candy corn is clearly not. Despite this sad global hatred for candy corn, it is my guilty pleasure. Yes, I love candy corn. Regardless of any personal bias toward candy corn, the combination in this Chex mix is undeniably perfect.
The tart cranberries, salted pecans, crunchy Chex, and sweet candy corn create a balanced bite. The taste evokes a nostalgic happiness by combining the epitome of elementary school birthday parties and Halloween. One bite with all of the components and you’ll be sold too, I promise.
