Make Your Own Pumpkin Fluff

Pumpkin season is officially here, and while pumpkin-themed beverages and baked goods are readily available, few are as fun and fluffy as Pumpkin Fluff. Airy and addictive, this fluff is ridiculously easy and quick to make, and relatively light compared to many pumpkin treats out there.

While pumpkin fluff is delicious on its own, it can also be used as a dip for graham crackers, gingersnaps, marshmallows or fruit, making it the perfect thing to serve at a party. Take it a step further by putting a dollop on top of ice cream or Greek yogurt, or by spreading it on bread with peanut butter to make a spiced up version of the classic peanut butter and fluff sandwich.

Serve in an emptied-out pumpkin for extra seasonal flair, or devour thing straight from the bowl. Add mini-chocolate chips if you’re into that sort of thing.
