    Yum. Get some whole wheat crackers, spread cottage cheese on both, top with olive oil and sprinkle of pepper. Put fried egg on with more pepper and top with some boiled cut up beets.

    Cut up avocado into halves, use a SPOON! Don't hurt yourself. Cut tomatoes, plop cottage cheese wherever, and sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper, and pumpkin seeds lastly.

Cottage cheese is considered a fresh cheese, so it does not undergo an aging or ripening process to develop flavor. As a result, its mild flavor goes well with anything. It especially goes great with avocado, but be careful when cutting, don't get avocado hands.
