In a large bowl, combine pistachio pudding mix and 3/4 cup milk, whisk until it has a thick consistency, for about 2 minutes.
Whisk in 1/4 cup Irish Whiskey and 3/4 cup Irish Cream, mix until throughly combined.
Fold in 3 cups of thawed whipped topping until smooth.
Pour mixture into piping or ziplock bag (then cut off a corner) and even distribute into shots containers.
