English Muffin Personal Pizzas Can Easily Be Made in Your Dorm

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Sewanee chapter.

My dad cannot cook, but unfortunately there have been times when my dad has been pressured into cooking. Every time that happens he either whips out Chef Boyardee ravioli or his homemade personal pizzas. Needless to say, my sister and I prefer the homemade pizza. My dad’s personal pizza recipe came from his college days, so I figured it would be great to try it out myself since I’m now in college too.

If my dad can make this recipe, it means that it is very very simple. You only need three main ingredients and it takes a very short amount of time to make. This recipe gives you personal pizzas that are fast and easy to make if you don’t feel like heading to the cafeteria.

I spend most my days sleeping, eating, and playing volleyball! I am not the best cook out there, and I am hoping to change that. I absolutely love Memphis, my hometown, and Sewanee of course!
