2-Ingredient Peppermint Bark That Will Step Up Your Holiday Game

Food is an essential part of any holiday celebration, but the closer you get to the holidays, the more stressful preparation becomes. I don't always have time to bake all the holiday foods I want to, but I make this peppermint bark recipe at least once a year. Whether you don't have time to bake or simply love peppermint, this recipe has something for everyone.

  • 2 pounds almond bark
  • 30 miniature candy canes

Line a large baking sheet with tin foil.

Crush candy canes in wrapper with rolling pin on a cutting board.

Melt almond bark in microwave-safe dish. Follow directions on back of package. Unwrap candy canes into the melted mixture.

Stir candy canes into almond bark quickly. Spread evenly in pan. Chill about 1 hour.
