How to Make Easy 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Hamilton chapter.

Candy is everyone’s best friend when it comes to the corner store, but not when it comes to home-baking. It involves candy thermometers, lots of hot syrup, and long waiting periods. Personally, I have burned my hand with hot syrup and broken a candy thermometer, and I’m here to tell you it’s no fun.

This recipe for fudge gives the same, delicious result but without all the fuss. All you need are 3 ingredients, a microwaveable bowl, an 8×8-inch pan, and a microwave. You do still have the waiting period to allow the fudge to set, but once you taste the final product, you won’t be sorry you waited.
