Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Boats You Can Make in the Toaster Oven

If you love banana desserts but want a healthier option, try this PB&J banana boat. All you need is some common household foods and a toaster oven, and in twenty minutes you can whip up this healthy take on a classic treat. And there’s granola on it, so technically it can be breakfast.

PB&J Banana Boat

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup jelly
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • Tinfoil

Step 1

Slice the banana in half lengthwise.

Step 2

Make a cradle out of tin foil, so that the edges of the banana are covered while leaving the top open.

Step 3

Spread peanut butter and jelly between the sliced halves of the banana.

Step 4

Sprinkle granola on top.

Step 5

Bake in toaster oven for 15 minutes at 350℉.
