On the other hand, it’s only Florida and I know that when spring comes around, it’s back to swim suits and crop tops. I was looking for a way to stay healthy while keeping some warm food in my stomach, then I found this chili

This paleo turkey chili is the perfect meal to keep warm with and it’s ALL HEALTHY. I’m telling the truth—but if you don’t believe me, you’ll just have to try it for yourself.

Paleo Turkey Chili

    In a large skillet, saute onions, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat. (The onions should start to be translucent.)

    Add in the ground turkey and cooked until brown.

    Add in all remaining ingredients and stir until it is combined.

    Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
