When faced with the cake I wanted to make with my friends for my birthday this year now that I'm at college, I was stumped. There weren't many pots and pans available so making my normal layered ice cream cake was out of the question. I decided that I really only had the pans for bars, but I still wanted some sort of cake.

Take your delicious cookie cake out of the oven and enjoy! I cut them into brownie sized pieces, but for a real cookie cake experience cut it into pizza-like slices. Add some ice cream if you wish.
