Dying to try something new but not down to spend forever cooking before eating your dinner? These spring rolls are the perfect option. Chances are, you’ve prepared all these ingredients before (cooking chicken and chopping vegetables). The only switch up is the combination of ingredients and how they’re presented.
These spring rolls are literally an explosion of flavor when you bite into them. You’ll feel full but not stuffed from two or three of these.
If you are unsure about any of the ingredients or are missing some listed here, don’t worry. This is just a baseline recipe — feel free to add or exchange ingredients for other proteins, vegetables, or sauces.
- Prep Time: 25 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
- Servings: 6 rolls
Cook chicken breast.
Assemble all ingredients (and plate beautifully if you so choose).
Soften rice paper by dipping it in a shallow pan with warm water.
Add whatever sauce you want.
Layer the chicken.
Add the noodles.
Heap on the vegetables.
Fold the bottom half.
And then fold both sides (similar to how you’d roll a burrito).
Serve and enjoy!
