No-Bake White Chocolate Matcha Wafer Cookies

Ingredients
  • 12 oz white chocolate candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 11 oz package Nilla Wafer Cookies
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals until smooth.

Sift in the matcha green tea powder and fold until fully combined.

Step 4

Using a fork, dip the wafer cookies into the matcha chocolate mixture. Let the excess chocolate drizzle off. Place on the baking sheet.

For decoration, melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted and drizzle over the wafers.

Let the cookies harden at room temperature. Serve when set.
