No-Bake Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars You Can Make in Your Dorm Room

No oven? No problem. These amazing and easy marshmallow bars can totally be made in a dorm with a microwave and a mini fridge. If you like marshmallows, peanut butter or chocolate (and who doesn’t) these bars are a perfect pick-me-up for a cold winter weekend.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1

Line an 8×8 tin with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large, microwave safe bowl, place butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter and microwave in 30-second intervals, checking and stirring, until melted.

Step 3

Let the mixture cool for a few minutes and then fold in marshmallows until they are coated.

Step 4

Place mixture in brownie tin and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

Step 5

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate.

Step 6

Place in a ziploc bag, snip off a corner, and drizzle chocolate along the top of the bars.

Step 7

Refrigerate for 20 minutes, slice and enjoy.
