Pizza Pockets

    Ingredients

  • 4 Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 egg, beated
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cup marinara sauce
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan
  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Step 2

    Cut biscuits into halves.

  • Step 3

    Flatten biscuits.

  • Step 4

    Add pepperoni.

  • Step 5

    Add cheese.

  • Step 6

    Add more pepperoni.

  • Step 7

    Fold each side into the middle and pinch dough together to form a bundle of cheese and pepperoni.

  • Step 8

    Glaze the tops of the pizza dough with egg wash (one beaten egg).

  • Step 9

    Sprinkle oregano and parmesan.

  • Step 10

    Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy.
